Brigade Enterprises Reports 72% Increase in Consolidated Net Profit in Q2
New Delhi – Realty firm Brigade Enterprises has announced a significant increase in its consolidated net profit for the second quarter of the fiscal year, reporting a 72% rise to Rs 133.50 crore compared to Rs 77.58 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s total income also saw a substantial increase to Rs 1,407.92 crore during the July-September period from Rs 912.19 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, as per a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
Brigade Enterprises Ltd’s sales bookings for the second quarter stood at 1.67 million square feet valued at Rs 1,249 crore. Managing Director Pavitra Shankar expressed her satisfaction with the company’s performance, attributing the growth to all business verticals contributing significantly. She specifically highlighted the strong performance of the residential segment, driven increased end-user interest, steady home loan rates, and successful new launches.
With a strong pipeline of launches planned for Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, Shankar expressed confidence that Brigade Enterprises would maintain its momentum going forward. Since its establishment in 1986, the company has established itself as one of the leading property developers, with projects spanning housing, commercial, and hospitality across various cities in India.
