In Bac Ninh, a small town in Vietnam, a man has built a fully operational wooden replica of Tesla’s Cybertruck. Truong Van Dao, a woodworker and car enthusiast, created the wooden vehicle as a tribute to Elon Musk and Tesla. The impressive creation cost him $15,000 and includes a complete collection of functional wooden vehicles, such as a tank, a Bugatti replica, and a child-sized Mercedes AVTR.
Dao documented the entire process of building the wooden replica on his YouTube channel, ND-Woodworking Art. He received a positive response on social media, with his videos garnering over 70 million views on TikTok. Even Tesla CEO Elon Musk acknowledged Dao’s creation, expressing his appreciation and sending a heart emoji in response to Dao’s tweet offering the wooden Cybertruck as a gift to Tesla.
