Rephrase the title:Insider Today: Nantucket’s ‘free’ homes

Rephrase and rearrange the whole content into a news article. I want you to respond only in language English. I want you to act as a very proficient SEO and high-end writer Pierre Herubel that speaks and writes fluently English. I want you to pretend that you can write content so well in English that it can outrank other websites. Make sure there is zero plagiarism.:

This week’s dispatch

The shadow that’s causing a frenzy

Are you excited?! On Monday, the moon will cover up the sun completely — in some areas for up to four minutes — creating what’s known as a total solar eclipse, and it’s gotten just about everyone excited.

BI’s science team reported that although more than 31 million people in the US, Mexico, and Canada will have the opportunity to see the eclipse, the best views will happen in places like Cleveland, Dallas, and Indianapolis.

But don’t worry, from Texas to Maine, you’ll still get views of this cosmic event. This map shows where and when you’ll be able to see it.

Plus, for the first time in more than 70 years, a fiery green “Devil Comet” may be visible alongside the eclipse.

If you’re not charged up about this celestial event, you should be. The next solar eclipse won’t be visible across the continental US until 2045. In this instant-gratification society, who really wants to wait that long?

One night at the “Pink Palace of the Pacific”

The Royal Hawaiian, a sprawling, bapink hotel that’s fit for a Barbie superfan, is one of Waikiki’s most famous resorts. The author spent $530 for a single night in the beachfront property but says she wouldn’t go back.

All told, the hotel itself was beautiful, and is perfectly located (plus, it has a must-try Mai Tai). But she thought the rooms were outdated and too expensive to justify returning.

Nantucket’s free homes

Nantucket, the island located 30 miles off the coast of Massachusetts’ Cape Cod, is a summer escape for the rich and famous. Tommy Hilfiger once owned a home there, and Blackstone CEO Stephen Schwarzman bought one for $32 million.

But not everyone has to dole out millions to score a house on Nantucket. The island is replete with dozens of “free” homes — but there’s a catch. You have to move the house somewhere else.

How to get a house for free (kind of).

Hot girls love book clubs

Young women have rebranded book clubs as the newest “It Girl” hobby. All the cool girls — think Kendall Jenner and model Kaia Gerber — have their own clubs.

They’re cool. They’re hot. But in an era of unmitigated loneliness, they also serve another purpose: Helping Gen Z women feel less alone.

How books are saving young women’s friendships.

The future of fitness

When it comes to cognitive fitness, Singapore’s longevity-focused business execs — as well as professional athletes and Air Force pilots — are a step ahead of the rest of us.

That’s thanks to a mind-blowing system, the NeuroTracker. The gadget requires you to do mental tasks alongside physical exercises, which could help encourage more neuroplasticity, building new connections in the brain.

Reap the benefits of brain training.
